TERMS

Rental fee is $100, which includes drinks and popcorn for up to 10 people.

You may add more than 10 people at $5/person (max. 50 total)

Rental time is for 2.5 hours. Please double check that your* movie's runtime doesn't exceed the rental time.

A $25 non-refundable deposit is due at reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival.  You may arrive a few minutes early to take care of payment and concessions.  You will be given access to the cinema at your scheduled time.

Cancellations must be made 24hrs in advance (deposit will not be refunded).

* You must provide your own DVD or BluRay.

•If you choose a private viewing for the latest movie we have to offer (subject to availability), there will be a $25 Surcharge (on top of the $100 base) for up to 10 people, which also includes drinks and popcorn. You may add more than 10 people at $5/person

Rental time is for 2.5 hours. You must provide your own DVD or BluRay, for that option. Please double check that your movie's running time does not exceed the rental time!

$25 deposit (non-refundable) is all you need, to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be taken when you arrive -- which allows you time to figure out the size of your group, as well as which movie option you decide on!

You may arrive a few (15) minutes early to take care of payment and gather your concessions.  Access to seating will be at your scheduled time.

•If you choose a private viewing for the latest movie we have to offer (subject to availability), there will be a $25 Surcharge (on top of the $100 base) for up to 10 people, which also includes drinks and popcorn. You may add more than 10 people at $5/person

DEPOSIT

A $25 deposit is taken when you confirm your reservation (see Confirmation below for details)

Due to the process it takes for these reservations, the deposit is non-refundable.  PLEASE make sure of your plans first!  It is not possible for us to move or reschedule any reservations once you have committed.  You would have to cancel the one and then begin the process from start.

We understand life throws in unexpected things, which is why we only require the deposit, and not the full amount.  Thank you for understanding.

RENTAL TIMES AVAILABLE

FRIDAY: The latest time available for a rental is either 1:00 or 4:00 (varies by location)

SATURDAY & SUNDAY: The latest time available for a rental on these days is 11:00am (may be earlier)

WEEKDAYS: The latest time available for a rental rent on these days is 4:00pm (may be earlier)

CONFIRMATION

Once we approve a time and date, you will be sent a link (could take a few hours) that will be a private link for you to activate to pay the initial deposit.  Once that is secured, we will be able to staff your reservation. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

ARRIVAL

When you arrive, you will need to have your entire group present for a head count.  At that time, you can decide on a DVD you provide or one of the Features we have available at that time.  This is when you will pay the balance due.

FOOD/SNACKS

We encourage you to bring whatever food or snacks you want to bring, to make your event more fun.  We simply ask that you clean up any mess from outside food items.  (No alcoholic beverages)

CANCELLATION
