How much are the rentals?

**NOTE: these are intended to be private rentals. No outside or “public” advertising or offerings is allowed.

• Package A = $100*

•Drinks and popcorn for up to 10 people.

•Bring your own DVD or BluRay.

*Additionally, you may add more than 10 people at $5/person; final balance will be determined upon arrival.


• Package B = $125*

•Drinks and popcorn for up to 10 people

•Current movie showing at the time of your rental.

*Additionally, you may add more than 10 people at $5/person.


How do I confirm my reservation?

•$25 deposit required

Finally, you must pay a non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation, within 24 hrs.

Consequently, it will not be officially confirmed until you pay this deposit.

Unpaid deposits may be subject to cancellation.


How can I reschedule or move my reservation?

Once you have committed (paid the deposit), moving or rescheduling is not an option (with very few exceptions determined by us).

You would need to cancel and begin a new request.  Please check your schedules first!


What times are available for rentals?

Each rental is 2.5 hrs from beginning to end.  Please plan your event within that time frame.*

**EXAMPLE: You secure a 1:00 rental.  If you invite your guests to arrive at 1:30, that will give you half an hour to set up.**

*FRIDAY: 1:00pm, (may be earlier upon request) or 4:00pm

*SATURDAY: 10:00am (may be earlier) 

*SUNDAY: No Availability

*MONDAY: Various times available from 9:00am to 7:00 pm

*WEEKDAYS: Various times are available from 9:00 am to 4:00pm

*Availability is subject to change without notice. Times may vary by location and season.


How does the rental process work?

•APPROVAL & DEPOSIT

We will send a link for you to activate by paying the initial deposit—securing your reservation and signaling us to staff it adequately.  This deposit will count towards your final balnce.

You will have a day or two to activate before we may opt to release the date and time for others.

•ARRIVAL

When you arrive, please advise the staff if you will be watching a DVD or recent release. 

Your entire group must be present for a final head count.  (This may be done after your set up, if you choose.)  At which time you will be required to pay the final balance due (prior to starting the movie).

•CANCELLATION

We request that you would please provide at least 24hrs notice if you need to cancel. Deposits are non-refundable.

Finally, we encourage you to bring whatever food or snacks you want to bring. However, you are responsible for cleaning up any mess from outside food items. (No alcoholic beverages)

You may arrive a few (15) minutes early to take care of payment and gather your concessions.  Access to seating will be at your scheduled time.

PREMIUM UPGRADE

•If you choose a private viewing for the latest movie we have to offer (subject to availability), there will be a $25 Surcharge (on top of the $100 base) for up to 10 people, which also includes drinks and popcorn. You may add more than 10 people at $5/person

DEPOSIT

Due to the process it takes for these reservations, the deposit is non-refundable.  PLEASE make sure of your plans first!  It is not possible for us to move or reschedule any reservations once you have committed.  You would have to cancel the one and then begin the process from start.

We understand life throws in unexpected things, which is why we only require the deposit, and not the full amount.  Thank you for understanding.

RENTAL TIMES AVAILABLE

FRIDAY: The latest time available for a rental (may be earlier) is either 1:00 or 4:00 (varies by season and location)

SATURDAY: 10:00 & 1:00 time slots are available

SUNDAY: 1:00 is the only time slot available

WEEKDAYS: The latest time available for a rental rent on these days is 4:00pm (may be earlier)

CONFIRMATION

Once we approve a time and date, you will be sent a link (could take a few hours) that will be a private link for you to activate to pay the initial deposit.  Once that is secured, we will be able to staff your reservation. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

ARRIVAL

When you arrive, you will need to have your entire group present for a head count.  At that time, you can decide on a DVD you provide or one of the Features we have available at that time.  This is when you will pay the balance due.

FOOD/SNACKS

We encourage you to bring whatever food or snacks you want to bring, to make your event more fun.  We simply ask that you clean up any mess from outside food items.  (No alcoholic beverages)
